Duties: Responsible for leading and managing the messaging support team and overseeing all messaging services. Designs messaging architecture and implements enhancements. Plans workloads, assigns projects, and oversees all administrative tasks associated with the operations of the messaging system. Provides guidance and expertise to team and assists with troubleshooting complex issues.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging services, with a minimum of 5 years managing and overseeing technical support teams. Must be certified in Microsoft O365 or equivalent.
